TERMS & CONDITIONS

• SAMPLES
  All samples are charged to your account until returned in proper resaleable condition.
• TERMS OF PAYMENT
  Standard Payment Terms shall be COD unless approved for credit NET 30 DAYS.
  Shipments may be suspended for accounts in default of credit terms.  $25.00 charge for NSF cheques.   Any outstanding invoices over 60 days will cause account to be on "Hold" automatically.
• CREDIT APPROVAL
  Orders will only be accepted subject to satisfactory credit approval. (Allow 2 weeks for approval.)
• FREIGHT
  All orders are F.O.B. our warehouse.  Claims for damage must be reported to carrier within 2 days. Shortages must be noted on any bill of lading and should be reported to Mister Chemical Ltd. within 24 hours of receiving shipment. All risk of loss shall pass to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier.
• RETURNED GOODS
  No goods may be returned without authorization from Mister Chemical Ltd..  A restocking charge of 15% plus costs of refurbishing shall be deducted from and credit issued.   Only resaleable goods shall be accepted or returned for credit.   Special orders for products not normally stocked may not be cancelled or returned.  All products claimed as defective shall be inspected prior to acceptance of claim.
• WARRANTY
  All products are warranted as suitable for the service intended.  No responsibility is accepted for damage resulting from misuse of any items.  Items found defective in material or workmanship shall be replaced/ repaired at the option of Mister Chemical Ltd.
